If your listing is incorrect, please contact your buyer to let them know and to see whether they are still happy with the tickets. If they are, the sale can proceed as normal. If they are not, and the payment was processed through Paypal, you will need to issue your buyer with a full refund via PayPal ASAP (ticket costs, delivery and buyer's fees). 


If payment is held by Twickets pending transfer to you after the event, please contact us with the order details as soon as possible and we will be able to assist.


In this case, we cannot issue you with a refund of the fees as you have breached our terms and conditions by listing the tickets incorrectly. Once you have refunded, you can re-list the tickets for sale in the same way as before but with the correct details. 


Once the original sale has been cancelled, please contact our support team with your order reference number so that we can update the status of the order.
