Please contact your buyer directly to let them know that this has happened. If payment was received through Paypal, you will then need to issue them with a full refund via PayPal ASAP (ticket, delivery costs and buyer's fees). Once you have done so, please contact our support team with your order reference number so that we can update the status of the order. If payment is held by Twickets pending transfer to you after the event, please contact us with the order details as soon as possible and we will be able to assist.
Regardless of the reason the tickets are no longer available, you will be liable for an administration fee for the costs incurred to us by you not fulfilling the delivery of your tickets after your listing has sold, in line with our terms and conditions.
