If your tickets haven't yet sold then you can cancel the sale at any time. You can do this in the 'Listing/Sold Tickets' section of your account on our website once logged in.

If your listing has already been purchased and your tickets have been provided to the buyer, there's no way to cancel the transaction and prevent the buyer from accessing the event with your tickets. For this reason and as stated within our terms and conditions, we do not allow the cancellation of a listing after the listing has sold.
