When you purchase paper tickets to be sent in the post, the seller is given instructions to send them the next available working day and to update us with the tracking number. If it's been over one business day since you've purchased the tickets, and you've not yet been updated with the tracking number, it may be worth reaching out directly to the seller to confirm when they're going to post them.
