When a buyer begins the checkout process and passes our security checks, the tickets are placed on hold for 10 minutes while they complete their purchase.

If the purchase is completed, the listing is removed from the website. If the buyer does not complete checkout within this time, the hold expires and the tickets become available for another buyer to purchase.
