When you buy through Twickets, all fees are shown upfront so you always know exactly what you’ll pay.

1. Booking fee (10-15%)
   Buyers pay a standard booking fee of 10–15% of the face value price, depending on the event.

2. Delivery fee (paper tickets only):
   If your tickets are physical (paper), a delivery fee may apply depending on the method:

   • Post — Special Delivery (Guaranteed by 1pm): £9.25

   • Drop & Collect — pick up from our retail partner in Soho, London : £2.50 per order

   • There is no fee for using the Meet At Venue option.
