It's common practise for the original ticket retailer to not allow the transfer of mobile tickets until closer to the event in which case the option may not be available, or be greyed out.
If you see this, please do not worry, there's no need to cancel/refund - it's likely that the option to transfer will be made available a few days before the event, and we'll send you a reminder email a little closer to the time.
