If your seller has not yet transferred the mobile tickets to you - they may have not yet realised that their ticket has sold or they may have already transferred it to you, but the email notifying you of this has been sent through to your spam or junk folder.


We'd recommend speaking directly to your seller to understand if they've sent the tickets, or when they will be sent using the contact details provided to you within your purchase confirmation email. Please note that with certain mobile tickets bought well in advance of the event date, the option to transfer may not yet be available for the seller. In these cases, we'll remind the seller to transfer the ticket closer to the event date.
