We've been told by PayPal that funds in your pending balance will be moved into your available balance within 21 days. PayPal occasionally hold the funds in the pending balance in case any problems arise with the transaction. The funds are still yours but they are just temporarily not available to use. 

Unfortunately, we don't have access to the transaction to give further information, but if you contact PayPal directly, they should be able to give you a date for when the funds will be moved into your available balance.
