When you list e-tickets on Twickets and confirm that you have already received them, we will digitally collect the tickets you upload. When someone purchases your listing, they will automatically receive the files exactly as you have provided them.
For this reason, it’s important that you only upload the tickets you are selling. If your tickets are contained in a single e-ticket PDF, please make sure you separate the file so that it only includes the tickets being sold before listing them.
If you’re unsure how to split a PDF, there are many simple online tools available—just search for “split PDF”. Alternatively, you can contact our support team and send us the e-ticket file. We’ll split the tickets for you and send the separated files back so you can upload the correct ones.
