Please make sure you select “Reserved Seating” rather than “General Admission” when listing your tickets. This will provide separate fields for you to enter the section, row, and seat numbers.

Some venues use alternate or non-sequential seat numbering (for example, adjacent seats that do not follow consecutive numbers). Our system can recognise this formatting for certain venues, but only when the event is already set up in our system.

If you are listing tickets for an event that is not yet on our system, this automatic recognition will not apply. In these cases, please contact us and we'll look to add the event to our system to activate the non-sequential seat numbering.
