There are a few restrictions when it comes to personalised tickets. Essentially, any event that requires proof of ID to match the ticket on entry cannot be resold via out website unless you are still attending the event and are able to enter with your buyer.


Some of our partner events may still allow this, as we'll be able to inform the partner of the change prior to the new ticket owner attempting to gain entry. If you're unsure whether or not you can list your ticket, please reach out to us and we'll be able to confirm for you.
