1) Where PayPal was the payment method used - If you have not received the funds for your tickets via PayPal, please check that you have confirmed your PayPal email address. PayPal hold any funds until this has been done.
To confirm your PayPal email address, do the following:
- Log in to your PayPal account.
- Go to your Profile page to look at the email address(es) on your account.
- If you see "Unconfirmed" next to your email address, select it and click "Confirm"
- Check your email and click the link PayPal sent you.
Once you have confirmed your PayPal email address, the funds should enter your account.
2) Where bank transfer was the payment method used - Payments are issued to sellers' nominated bank accounts 5-8 working days after the event has taken place.
